Charging at a Victus site

Help for drivers using a Victus charger. If something is not working, email us and we will pick it up.

Starting a charge

  1. Park in a charging bay.
  2. Plug the Type 2 connector into your car.
  3. Start the session with the app or an RFID card, or with a contactless card where the charger has a card terminal.
  4. The light strip and screen show when charging has started.
  5. End the session in the app or with the same card, then unplug.

How fast will it charge?

Each output can deliver up to 22kW, but your car decides the speed. Most cars charge at 7.4kW or 11kW on AC.

Prices and idle fees

The price per kWh is shown before you start. Some sites add an idle fee if a car stays plugged in after charging has finished, so the bays stay free. If one applies, it is shown with the price, along with any grace period. Read how idle fees work.

Something not working?

Email hello@victuscharging.com with the site name, which output you used and roughly when. Please don't ask the site's staff to fix the charger; we monitor it remotely and can often restart it from here.
