Buy the hardware outright and keep every penny it takes, or split the cost with us and share what it earns. Both include design, install, commissioning and ongoing management.

Ideal for multi-bay rollouts and phased car park installs
Revenue splits, term lengths and contributions are agreed per site after survey.
What about "free" chargers?
Some operators offer to install chargers at no cost to the site. Read the terms: often the operator owns the chargers, keeps most of the income and ties up the bays for years. Shared Investment sits in the middle. You put in the groundworks and installation, and you share in the revenue for as long as the agreement runs. If you would rather keep all of it, Owned & Managed does that.
Mostly the groundworks: how far the cable runs from your intake to the bays, what surface it crosses, and whether the supply needs work. We price it after the survey. See what drives installation cost.
Questions site owners ask
No, and we would rather say so up front. You pay for the groundworks and installation. We supply the chargers and run them, and the revenue is shared on a split agreed for your site.
Per site. It depends on bay count, available power, expected use and the hardware mix. We set it out in writing after the survey, with the numbers for your site.
On Shared Investment we agree the tariff with you. On Owned & Managed you set it, and we can advise.
Talk to us. What is possible depends on the agreement and the equipment.
Your car park is already full of EVs. They’re just charging somewhere else.
Start with a fifteen-minute call. We’ll tell you honestly whether your site is worth electrifying yet, and if it isn’t, what would change that.
