Figures and regulations are summarised from the sources linked on each page and can change, so check the current position before relying on them. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Revenue estimates are illustrative and are not a promise of income.
Using our chargers
- The price per kWh, and any idle fee and grace period, are shown before you start a session. By starting a session you agree to pay them.
- Use the charger as instructed on the unit and in the app, with an undamaged cable and a compatible vehicle.
- Site parking rules still apply.
- Report damage or faults to hello@victuscharging.com and stop using a charger that looks damaged.
- We aim to keep chargers available but cannot guarantee a charger will be free or working at any given time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss caused by misuse of the charger or a fault in the vehicle.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
