How the sum works

Bays × sessions per bay × energy per session gives the kWh delivered each month. Multiply by the price drivers pay to get the site's turnover, then apply your revenue share. On Shared Investment the split is agreed for your site; on Owned & Managed the revenue is yours and you carry the energy cost.

The number that matters most is utilisation: how often a car is actually plugged in. An overnight hotel bay rarely sees more than one session a night; a busy public car park can see several a day. At survey we model it with your occupancy and visitor numbers.
